We proudly present our annual report 2024. With the support and prayers of many many friends of the ministry we were given the possibility to make an impact in the lives of many prisoners and their families. We visit thousands of prisoners all year long, visit hundreds of families in need and offer courses and training to numerous children and teenagers and help them build a healthy future.

Full-time Deputy Director sought to further develop our organization in Albania. We offer hope and new opportunities to (former) prisoners, their children, and families, working together with numerous local churches.
Albania is known for its poverty and the hospitality of its population, of which about 60% is Muslim. Our foundation works to break the cycle of poverty and impossibility. The Deputy Director position is an existing role, and we are looking for someone available within a reasonable timeframe. Discussion about this is possible.
Missionary Prison Ministry Prison Fellowship Albania aims to spread the gospel and reach as many people as possible with the good news of Jesus. This is the core of our work: establishing missionary churches in every prison where inmates care for each other and collaborating with local churches. We offer practical help, reintegration programs for ex-prisoners, and support families and children with education, home repairs, and medical care. Our mission is clear: we want to change lives through faith and action.

You are jointly responsible for the daily management of the organization and the supervision and monitoring of various projects. Profile Description We are looking for a dedicated and inspiring Christian who wants to contribute to the mission of spreading the gospel and supporting disadvantaged (ex-)prisoners and their families from a serving attitude. As Deputy Director, you support the General Director and work closely with the team, passionately radiating the missionary vision of the foundation. You have experience in collaborating with and managing teams, possess strong communication skills, financial insight, and the ability to think and act strategically. Taking responsibility does not intimidate you. You are a relationship builder who knows how to motivate and connect others. Additionally, you speak fluent English and are willing to learn the Albanian language to communicate effectively with both local communities and international partners.
Level of Christianity The estimated percentage of evangelical Christians in Albania is about 0.61%.
Living Conditions The candidate is expected to provide for their own finances as a missionary. CAMA Zending advises and supports in this. The workplace is in Tirana, the capital of Albania.
